Shipping in Australia
Standard shipping is FREE Australia-wide - no minimum spend! Wohoo! Express postage is also available for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days, unless it is a pre-order that is specified on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with a tracking number if applicable.
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are received within 2-3 working days.
NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 3-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 5-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur. We use Australia Post.
**Please note that currently due to the Covid-19 with less flights flying and large amounts of parcels for Australia Post, they are expecting some delays so we thank you for your patience as the whole world is managing their way through this time.

We ship worldwide, except for the brands Love To Dream and Babyhood.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 to New Zealand ($30 for some heavy items) and a flat rate of $25 to all other countries ($40 for some heavy items). All prices are in AUD.
Australia Post do advise that International delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. (Around 5-6 business days to New Zealand but more like 2-3 weeks to the opposite side of the world).
**Please note that due to less flights flying during the Covid-19 pandemic and a large amount of parcels are ordered around the world, we are seeing many delays in international orders. We always try to get your parcel out ASAP.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
